Paano Gumagana ang mga Print Sheet ng ID Photo: 6x4, 4x6 at A4 na Layout

An ID photo print sheet is not just a photo pasted onto a blank page. A useful sheet needs paper size, DPI, physical photo size, spacing, cut lines and ideally labels for type and size so the result can be printed and cut accurately.

Are 6x4 and 4x6 just orientation changes?

6x4 and 4x6 are common photo paper sizes, but orientation affects capacity and cutting paths. Vertical ID photos often fit well on landscape 6x4 paper; 4x6 requires a different row, column and margin calculation.

DPI makes millimeters accurate

If a one-inch photo is 25×35mm, the print sheet must convert that physical size into pixels using DPI. A layout based only on screen preview size may print too large or too small. 300 DPI is a common photo-printing baseline.

Spacing and cut lines affect usability

Photos need enough gap for cutting, and cut lines should be visible without covering the portrait. No spacing makes cutting hard; too much spacing wastes paper.

Why type and size labels help

A label such as “China passport 33×48mm” or “1-inch 25×35mm” reduces delivery confusion. When one package contains multiple specs, labels help users pick the right photo for each use case.

Where automation should stop

If selected specs have different physical sizes, generate separate print sheets by size instead of forcing them into one mixed layout. MotuArt /v1/id-pack groups same-size sheets automatically; /v1/print-sheet is useful when you already have same-size images.
