FAQ

Why does the student-status photo use a light-blue background?

National K–12 student-status photos typically require a light-blue background, which is the default here. If your school asks for white or another color, you can adjust it within the allowed palette.

What if my baby or toddler won't cooperate for the photo?

Take several front-facing shots in even lighting and upload the one with the most natural eye contact. Minor skin-tone and lighting issues are corrected automatically.

Is acceptance by every authority guaranteed?

No. The page uses the verified spec in this product and provides geometry checks, but the receiving authority's latest rules remain definitive.
