How does purchasing work?
Sign in, pick a credit pack on the credits tab, and check out with Stripe — cards, WeChat Pay and Alipay are supported. Credits land in your account immediately.
Why do prices differ by region?
Each pack is quoted in your market's currency. You see the current market price here; the server-side quote at checkout is authoritative.
Are credits charged on failure?
No. Credits are reserved before a generation starts and settled only on successful delivery — failures and cancellations release the full reservation.
Can I get a refund?
Fees already incurred are non-refundable unless required by law — see the Terms of Service. If something looks wrong with an order, reach out on Discord.
What's the difference between credits and the job seeker bundle?
Credits are a universal balance: charged per image and usable across headshots, ID photos, color grading and outfit changes — best if you create repeatedly. The job seeker bundle is a one-time, one-price task: multiple candidates, every channel size and an identity reshoot included — best when you just need one job-search set.
