What face height does the printed photo require?
The face (chin to crown) must measure 29–34mm. The geometry check marks that range directly on the 35×45mm frame.
Can I directly upload this 35×45mm image online?
No. The 600×750px minimum applies to the original digital image, not a pixel-scaled copy of the printed photo. The digital image must also include the shoulders and upper body, with cropping handled by the application service.
Is acceptance by every authority guaranteed?
